Services are being restored in phases, with the expected time for full resolution around 2100 today. We apologise for the disruption caused by this network outage.

In Progress

There is a major network fault that has occurred at a critical data centre. The data centre lost power early this morning and engineers have been on site working to bring services back up. This is a highly unusual event, which has directly impacted all network operators who route services through this critical data centre. This is affecting many providers, not just The Technology Group. Work is continuing by our provider to restore services, and some services are starting to return to operation. We apologise on behalf of the providers for the disruption caused.

Investigating

There is currently a major BT outage affecting widespread customers. Their engineers are working to resolve the issue but at this stage we do not have a timeline for resolution. We apologise on behalf of the carrier for the disruption to your services.
