    Feedback has confirmed services restoring from 12:50 onwards as advised earlier. If any issues remain, please reboot equipment onsite and contact the Support team if any services continue to be affected.

    As of 12:50 we have observed a growing number of connections restoring. We have not been advised of a fix by the supplier but a large number of customers seem to be back online and we are asking for confirmation. We continue to seek further information and will share once made available. A further update will be provide by 2:30 or sooner.

    Our services appear to be affected by a wider supplier issue in the London area. We are working with the supplier to understand the scale of impact and more information as to the cause or estimated fix time. We will provide more information by 2PM.
