Inbound Calling Issue

    Over the weekend monitoring continued and no performance issues were noted. We await an official RFO, and will issue it to clients ASAP.

    Please note the network are still monitoring the SBCs and no further issues have been apparent. They will continue to monitor over the weekend, and we will issue an update on Monday AM.

    The network are continuing to monitor the effected SBCs, currently with the fix in place from the network last night only a small amount of inbound traffic will be impacted, with this amount decreasing throughout the day as traffic management measures are also decreased.

    We are seeing signs of recovery across all our affected clients. We are monitoring and will release a final reason for outage in the coming days.
