Further to our last update, we have received confirmation that the fire is contained and power is being restored to the BT Exchange in Newcastle, and we are now seeing some services being re-established. Please note that due to the staged restoration of power, service recovery will also be staged, so we ask for your continuing patience if your services are not yet fully restored.
